The maker of the chassis of our new motorhome is Freightliner. I talked about our visit there in Feb in an earlier post.
They offer a detailed course for owners on the chassis systems called "Camp Freightliner". LINK. Very hard to get into so I placed my name on a wait list since we live only a little more than an hour from Gaffney. Got a call late Tue asking if I could be there Thur and said yes. Robin went to Charlotte to play with Grandson.
The course was fantastic. I was nervous about all the systems that go with a diesel chassis but this course took care of that. Even though I'll never turn a wrench, I better understand what stuff does. I wrote more about the course on an RV forum I haunt: LINK
Since Robin needed to be in Charlotte on Tue anyway, I came over and we are staying there. First time in a campground closer to Andi and David's new home. Crown Cove RV Park in Ft Mill SC Link. A big park but very quiet. It will be a good place for our Charlotte visits.
