On 23 Jan headed to Fla. We stayed over night at Palmetto Shores RV Resort on Santee Lake, SC. It is right off of I95 and quite nice. I think it was $40. Would stay here again.
On 24 Jan we stayed in Jacksonville FL at Hanna Park. It is right near Mayport Naval Station where we would normally stay but it was full. Hanna was nice albeit very tight
quarters. Cost was around $30
On 25 Jan we got back on 95 and headed for Tampa area. Orlando was a HUGE traffic nightmare...never again. We arrived a Lazy Days in early afternoon. We're in Lazy Days RV Seffner Fla for Discovery Camp Freightliner. Good visit but doubt we'll do it again.
On 4 Feb we headed to Ft Myers Fla to have the deteriorated Diamond Shield removed from the front end. 5-6

On 9 Feb we went to Dade City to see Anne. First time we've had this beast in her driveway. Actually, I didn't get a pix of it in her driveway, but we did.
Bruno liked it
And we visited Robin's favorite Greek restaurant ever in Tarpon Springs.
On 14 Feb we went to the Roadheaver Boys Ranch in Palatka Fla for the Bluegrass festival. Naturally it had poured rain for a few days. Luckily they had a huge tractor on hand. We and many others needed it!
While at the festival I conned Robin into a helicopter ride:

On 18 Feb we headed back to Brunswick and 18-19 Brunswick and the Blyth Island Campground. This time we had an easy site overlooking the lake.
Of course, we ate several times at Sista's. In fact, its the only reason we stopped!
On 20 Feb we went to Skidaway State Park in Savannah.
A great restaurant south of Savannah on 17. Forget the name.
Paula Dean's place
We wandered all over Savannah, probably our favorite city?
On 28 Feb we returned home for a few days.
On 13 Mar we hit the road again for the Family Motor Coach Assoc (FMCA) Rally in Perry Ga. This was our first rally. Amazing to see hundreds (if not thousands) of motorhomes in huge fields. The pictures do not do it justice. The rally has vendors and seminars. Not sure we'll do it again but it was fun to do it once.
A good thing from the rally was getting almost all of our fogged windows fixed by these gents at a great price.
The sad thing was Pepito the cat got out and disappeared. Never saw him again even after many announcements and searches.
On 19 Mar we headed to Ft Gordon's campground called Pointes West. Very nice facility.
Enjoyed see Ft Gordon again. Was stationed there in 1963!!!
On 23 Mar we went to the Stokes in Dawsonville GA and toured that area. Loved nearby Helen GA and great German food.
On 29 March we headed home over the mountains via Asheville. A great Winter Spring!
